ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE :
-
The application for leave should
be made on the pages set aside for the purpose in the
school calendar
-
For every absence, a written
statement signed by the parent/guardian is required on
the day the pupil returns. If the student is absent for more
than 3 days for reasons of ill health, a medical certificate
from a doctor is required stating illness and fitness
-
All explanatory notes for absence
and late arrival should be handed over to the class teacher.
No one who is late or has been absent on the previous day will
be admitted to the class without the permission of the
headmaster
-
Outside the vacation period,
pupils are not granted leave. Hence, prior permission should
be sought for absence from the school for any reason known or
planned in advance.
-
Students will not be allowed to
leave the school before the stipulated time unless
parents/guardians present a written request to the headmaster.
-
Any student requiring leave for
any part of the day on account of sudden illness or such
unavoidable circumstances should obtain the permission of the
class teacher and the headmaster before leaving the school.
Leave record signed by parent/guardian should be submitted to
the headmaster on the next working day.
